Refund policy

At FabuFrame, every order is made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and created to order, our cancellation, return, and refund policy is different from that of standard retail items.

Although we are not required to offer cancellations for personalized products, we still provide a 4-hour cancellation window as a courtesy.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Our team begins preparing custom orders shortly after they are placed. For that reason, cancellation requests must be made quickly.

Cancellation & Change Policy

1️⃣ 4-Hour Cancellation Window

  • Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase

2️⃣ After 4 Hours

  • Orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund after the first 4 hours
  • This applies even if no additional order details have been submitted yet

3️⃣ Changes to Personalization Details

  • If you need to update names, wording, dates, or any other custom details, please contact us as soon as possible
  • We will do our best to help

Returns & Refunds

Customers have 7 days after delivery to report a problem with a printed order. Please review the eligibility guidelines below.

If your printed product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email help@fabuframe.com within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

✅ Eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Printed items received damaged
  • Printed items received defective
  • Printed items received incorrect

❌ Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Requests sent after the reporting period
  • Orders containing mistakes in the information submitted by the customer
  • Orders that fail to arrive because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete
  • Requests based on preference, regret, or change of mind

We reserve the right to deny any refund, replacement, or return request that does not meet the conditions above.

Damaged or Incorrect Printed Orders

To help us review a claim, please include the following in your email:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the item received
  • a photo of the packaging
  • a photo of the shipping label
  • a brief explanation of the issue

If the claim is approved, we may issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact help@fabuframe.com.

Once a package has been shipped, carrier delays are outside our control. Even so, we will do our best to assist and help review the shipment status.

Final Note

All FabuFrame pieces are created to order. Because of this, personalized purchases are generally final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the printed item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
